PA6 GF20 is a kind of material PA6 reinforced with 20% glass fiber. Compared with PA6, it can exhibit higher dimensional stability, maintain high strength and hardness in a wider temperature range, and resist creep at higher temperatures. Compared with 30% GF PA 6 material, the fiber content can be reduced to extrude larger product shapes.
PA6 GF20 is the first choice material for various precision gear suppliers, because it is with modified plastics properties of high rigidity, dimensional stability, noise reduction, wear resistance, quietness, lubrication and antistatic.
