Nylon66 PA66 Heat Stabilized Description

Nylon66 PA66 Heat Stabilized a high temperature nylon made by the polycondensation of terephthalic acid and hexamethylene diamine. Heat stabilized nylon 6 has the properties of low water absorption, excellent heat resistance, good processing fluidity, low expansion coefficient, and high bonding strength with metals.

The advantages of Anmei heat-resistant nylon are as follows, and it meets the new requirements of new energy vehicles for plastics:

- Comply with relevant regulatory requirements(DPPD-free, no anti-Oxidant Aromatic Amine type additive)

- Long-term heat-resistant stability(Long-term resistance to high temperatures of 190 ° C and 230 ° C, and with high strength)

- Low extractables(Do not block the oil circuit of the capillary structure)

- Electrially Neutral(Do not cause short circuit of the circuit)

- Low warpage
